Click Here for Menus Union Grove Elementary was selected to participate in the HealthierUS School Challenge sponsored by the USDA Department of Agriculture. The program promotes healthier school environments through the promotion of good nutrition and physical activity. Menus reflect additional fresh fruits and whole grains. Students are encouraged to try the new menu items. Items that meet the standards of the HUSSC are identified on the menu with an asterisk. Nutrition Education classes started in January to provide students with additional tools to use in making healthy food choices. Other activities are planned to enhance physical activity during the school day. Students, parents, and faculty members are asked to join in this effort to create a healthier school environment at Union Grove Elementary!
